”Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there”

”Really clean otherwise, but couple of towels had stains. Super breakfast!”

”The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke. Only after around 15 phone calls, contacting Expedia, and almost 2 hours of back and forth was the issue finally resolved. The apartment itself...

”Good location, good bus services, great breakfast, lots of shops nearby, I would go back to this hotel”

”You get what you pay for”

”The hotel is located right at the center of Liverpool, near the dock sights and shops & restaurants of the city. The room was nice and clean, everything worked and the 24h reception is a nice plus. Perfect place to crash for the night. The only trouble we had was noisy neighbours in the next room.”
