”Staff was not the best example of great premier inn customer service. Building was not very clean on outside and lots of smokers directly outside entrance and very full outside trash can.”

”Fantastic hotel, very historic feel to it. Room was very comfortable and had everything you’d need. Would have been better if check out was later, 10am on a Sunday was a bit too early compared to other hotels. ”

”The overall service was very good. There was plenty of safe parking at the back of the hotel. The room was spacious and there was a good choice for breakfast. Were I to need a hotel in the future close to Selby then I would have no hesitation in staying at this one again.”

”Great, quiet rooms, bed made every day, fresh towels every day. Room cleaned every day. Actually use bleach to clean the bathroom. This is how it should be. Most other hotels in the area think they doing you a favour if they give you one fresh towel in a week, or claim it it is for the environment not to clean your room every day. More like for their pockets.”
