Clean, but could have used a little more attention to details next to fridge and window sills they were a bit dirty. clean bed, clean bathroom with linens, no hair dryer, clean kitchen with dishes, stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The TV /Dish Network worked pretty well but remote unpaired.
