I arrived promptly at 4 PM, about an hour after check-in began, and I’m glad I did—it took nearly an hour to complete the process. The delay wasn’t due to the hotel itself but rather an issue with Sun River, the third-party company Expedia uses. There was a small discrepancy in the booking amount (literally two cents!) that temporarily prevented me from checking in, despite having made my reservation four months in advance.
Thankfully, the front desk clerk, Bill, was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. Once the issue was resolved, check-in went smoothly, and I was able to settle into my room.
I stayed in Room 104, located right off the main hallway. It was a spacious double-queen room—clean, comfortable, and perfect for my business associate and me. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and well-rounded, offering everything from cereals and muffins to omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage links, patties, hash browns, and potato cuts.
The highlight of the property was definitely the riverwalk with its beautiful views of the bay—a peaceful and scenic place to unwind.
Overall, this was an excellent stay. Despite the initial hiccup, I’d gladly return and highly recommend this property!
