”stayed there with my family for one day and one night. The staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Breakfast was not a buffet; you could only choose one item from the cart, and anything else had to be paid for. They also charged an 18% service fee. One of the beds was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The pillows were very old, worn out, and wrinkled—I had to call room service twice to get them replaced.”

”The building we were in was very poorly lit outside and difficult to find. They called that building condos and it was far from a condo so very deceiving. You were left with the impression not to dirty anything. There was a sign by elevators that said “these rooms are condos NOT a hotel”. I didn’t book a condo I booked a hotel. Very deceiving description on the reservation page. Had to take our own trash out too. The building needs a lot of updates for the price they charge. A serious...
