”We had an excellent one night stay. Casini, the GM has done a wonderful job with this property and staff. The wonderful lady overseeing the front desk was cheerful and helpful upon check-in. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My daughters loved swimming in the pool and the automatic pancake maker At breakfast. ”We stayed 6 nights, we asked to clean room they did not. Then stopped at front desk ant 4th night and asked again to clean room then said we are cleaning after 3rd night. So they cleaned 5th day of our stay. First time saw that terrible cleaning service. Every day towels were replaced but toilet paper and soap was not replaced. We went down and asked toilet paper. Unprofessional.”

”Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

”They offer breakfast, but a cold breakfast. It's not a proper breakfast. High humidity in the rooms. Partly that's why the air conditioner year water on the floor. This was a problem in several rooms. The customer service was still good, the hotel was so clean.”

”We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....

”It is an older hotel but very clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with not having very hot water - more lukewarm to cold. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Convenient to everything.”
