”An absolutely enchanting gem in the heart of Florence. It is away from the crowd but a sanctuary for the mind. The former monastery from 16th century has been meticulously renovated into spectacular suites and a glass covered courtyard dining area. the art work inspires. Quality is outstanding as is the staff. ”
”Room was nice. Fulvio at the reception was super charming and helpful throughout the stay. They included a gratis bottle of wine which was a very nice touch. The patio was great to sit on and enjoy the bustle of the street, but when you close the doors at night almost no sound makes its way into the room. Air con was great. Central to everything we needed; we could just walk right from the guest house.”

”I loved my stay at Maison Santa Croce. It is easy to get to; the taxi left me right at the door. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming, and explained the details of getting in at night, including the codes, perfectly well. The property is beautifully decorated, it makes you feel that you are in someone's Pallazzo. My room was very spacious (plenty of room for my luggage). Sviitissämme oli erillinen makuuhuone, joten tilavassa olohuoneessa vauvan oli hyvä leikkiä ja makuuhuoneessa ottaa päiväunet häiriintymättä. Näkymät huoneistosta Duomolle ja Piazzalle olivat upeat. Keittokomeron varustus oli juuri sopiva tarpeisiimme (lämmitimme lähinnä vauvalle ruokaa). Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella palvelualtis ja vauva sai aina positiivista huomiota osakseen. They have coffee and breakfast in the morning and even called a car very early in the am for the airport and somoene was at the desk and provided a "to go" breakfast. It was truly something special. ”The small hotel is very nice and conveniently located just outside of the crowded area with available parking which is big thing in Florence! But what makes this hotel special are definitely the people work there. They will go above and beyond to help you with your needs or just to make you feel comfortable! ”Easy access to a centrally located apartment in Firenze. Clean and wonderfully furnished with stocked kitchen. Large sofabed available. Shower enclosure leaks a bit so beware the floor will get wet. ”

Uima-allas kattoterassilla bonusta. Jos huoneessa olisi roskien lajittelu mahdollista, niin se kruunaisi vastuullisuuden kokemuksen. "
"Hotellin sijainti loistava ja henkilökunta ystävällistä! Huoneemme tv käynnistyi joka yö itsestään, mikä oli hieman hämmentävää. Huoneeseen kuului myös melko hyvin käytävältä äänet. Hotellin kattoterassi oli upea! "
