”The air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. It actually froze up. It was somewhere around 2:00 am. I was too exhausted to call the front desk to request a new room because my father was in the hospital, and I had just gotten a room for one night to try to get some rest. Unfortunately, due to this issue that didn’t happen. The stay was otherwise good. ”
