”A great place to stay! The hotel combined two of the officer's quarters from Fort Seward to make a beautiful building. While the building is from the early 1900s, it is beautifully maintained. The owner is very helpful - he went so far as to dig out a socket wrench to help me with an errant piece of photo equipment. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”I stayed at Cape Fox Lodge about 6 or 7 years ago. This lodge was on the level of other premiere lodges in the northwest I love the location the views and the architectural style of the lodge. The room was clean. I was disappointed that the building and rooms are well overdue for a refresh. The menus in both restaurants were not as upscale as they were for my prior visit. The service was not on the same level either. The pictures in the museum had dogeared corners. The tram was broken and...

”The kitchen had almost everything I needed including a tiny dishwasher. The few items that were missing were quickly replaced when I asked at the desk. The room had a lot of space and we didn’t hear other people thru the walls.
Staff are all helpful and friendly. The beds are also remarkably comfortable and I typically do not sleep well in hotel beds. ”

”The room is spotless, and comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing. This is the best hotel in town. Nothing compares. I travel for work and have stayed at every hotel in Juneau. I will be picking this one every time from now on. ”
