”The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. Maintenance came in made a mess in the bathroom for the guest to clean up and the breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches sold separately coffee was never available although there was a pot ”

”I was told the bar and restaurant would be open while we there, it was closed because of no staff, No Airport shuttle service, No fresh water, it was left over from the night before, No coffee, We parked in hotel parking, It was snowing horribly for days, we got stuck in parking because nobody had shoveled or plowed, And not a tow truck came to help us,”
