”I picked this place because it was close to the airport, it had a pool, and shuttle to the airport. Plus the reviews were decent. But, the pool was green and no one was using it. The faucet in the sink was loose and just a trickle of water came out. The room keys never worked on the door by the elevator. Worst of all the AC couldn’t keep the room cool, so I had a miserable time falling asleep. Overall it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. A good night sleep was the...

”We always stay at the Hyatt when flying in & out of Austin. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Restaurant on site has good food”

”Overall a good one night stay. When we arrived at 3:30 PM the hotel’s Internet was down. We had to wait in the lobby until about 5:30 PM before they let us into our room. They delivered the room cards around 6:15 PM. The staff was good about this but a little disappointed after a 4 hour drive from the southeast side of Houston. Four stars overall.”
