”It was a good location, and overall it was a nice place. However, there was black hair all over the floors and towels and bedding. We had to wash everything and pick up chunks off of the floor, so we don’t believe it was cleaned well prior to check-in. And the check-in process was not simple as we had to fill out their check-in form twice and didn’t know they didn’t have the first one until we were already there. But once we were in, it was okay. Then there were 3 or 4 breakers that tripped...

”Matt was an amazing host, clear and prompt in communications and friendly. The mattresses were new and comfortable! Truly, many places skimp on the quality of the mattress, and this place did not. We had amazing sleep here. The location is central to everything, which is great. Parking can be a little difficult, especially if you're in a truck. If you're looking for location with a well-equipped kitchen and good beds, this is the place to stay! ”

”This room is a great location in downtown Birmingham with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was easy to find and access. My main complaint was the presence of a few roaches, and the bathroom had a VERY strong smell of cat litter. At least that's the first thing that came to mind when I noticed the smell. I spent plenty of time trying to figure out if I had missed something or if the smell was coming from somewhere else. The bathroom was otherwise clean.”
