”Unit is very well maintained and stocked. The stairs are wide and easily managed with suitcases...good exercise! Great location and very quiet because it is away from street and on top floor. Owner easy to work with. Some exterior upgrades going on in building. Check with owner on status if daytime noise or construction stuff is a concern of yours.”

”Do not miss this property! Located near the OTR district this beautiful condo is everything I wanted for my first VRBO experience. From the moment I walked through the entrance I was entranced by the charm of the building and pleasantly surprised at its quiet. While staying there I never heard another person nor any street noise. There is plenty of room in the walk in closets. The bathrooms are immaculate and I LOVED the shower. Everything is labeled so finding a certain light switch was easy....

”Beautifully renovated loft apartment with lovely finishes and details. Generously sized main bedroom with 5-Star hotel bed and linens. Appreciated the extra large flat screen TV so my other half could watch the NBA playoffs as well as the Nespresso machine. Free on site parking is a major amenity in this neighborhood. You know it’s a good rental when you walk in and say, “I could live here””

”I Would highly recommend this flat. Well maintained with all the extra touches to make your stay comfortable. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, shops and Findlay Market. The free trolley is 2 blocks away. Spacious and very clean. Included a small basket of snacks, which was a nice touch. Another basket of toiletry items, in case you forgot something. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Only thing I would change is the bedroom, even with the blinds drawn, is not very dark due to the...

”This place was amazing and have never stayed in such a clean VRBO. My wife wants yo adopt whoever cleans for you all plus she wants to move in and live in Cincinnati full time. The views are better than expected. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable that I have ever used as well.”

”Great condo, easy proximity to downtown, easy walking distance to most things (I walked to and from a conference at the Duke center in about 10 minutes). Yes you have to walk up some stairs to get to the top floor- but if you’re in any kind of shape it’s not bad at all.”

”Really cute 3rd floor walk up. 2 bedrooms beautiful space & views. We were able to walk everywhere from baseball park to Finley market. Tons of bars & restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.”

”It is an up and coming area with a lot to see around you. Having the bedrooms in the back is nice because you can hear everything below in front and there was music playing every night. We weren’t really bugged by it because you are staying in the city. I think blackout and noise reduction curtains would be a good option for the living room window. The place was cute and it was clean. More throws and pillowcases would be nice too but, overall it was a great space.”
