”We reserved a suite, as there were 3 adults. Entered our room & it was only a queen bed. Went downstairs & lady said they must have overbooked & gave your room to someone else. I said well that's unacceptable. I booked this room last month. Took over a 1/2 hr. for her to fix it. Not sure how she did that when she said they were fully sold out. It was just extra stress that I didn't need 8:30 at night.”

”I booked this room hours in advance but it was still not "cleaned" until well after check-in, and only then because the front desk lady said she'd do it herself. We then went in to inspect the room and immediately found a baby roach in the bathroom. We then found another one in every drawer we opened. When we told the staff about it, they said they couldn't do anything because there were no other rooms. They eventually said they'd refund the room but I've still not received any indication that...
