From a misunderstanding and overcharged for the amount of people that were staying,to getting the refund was not easy!It took several attempts after I wasn’t refunded the full amount initially! ”This is a wonderful spot for couples. This rental takes up the basement of a home in a very quiet neighborhood north of the Denver Tech Center. The unit was extremely clean and organized, with a lot of thoughtful touches that gave it a very cozy feel. The hot tub was wonderful, and extremely private. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions that we had. ”

”Cheap (not cheap) hotel/inn. Marijuana smells in hall that seep into rooms, crumby breakfast with little options, no juice offered, only water and coffee. Rooms feel like cardboard between rooms and walls falling apart with gross looking spots that look like they’re rotting away. 1 Restaurant nearby that closes very early and not much for options except for McDonald’s 10-15 min walk away in a not safe feeling neighbourhood.”

Booked online and impressed how efficiently everything was from shuttle pick up ( on time!) to check-in (discreet room key delivery with-out revealing my room number; upgrade; Hilton Honor Points already recognized; incidentals charge easily explained; friendly, professional greeting. Also liked how they noted who wanted shuttle service in the morning so that there would be space for guests and luggage. Located on Tower Road wiuth all the other...
