”we arrived at the house around 8 PM and as we entered the home, we noticed a lot of things that made us leave within an hour of being there and stay in a hotel instead. As you walked up the front steps, the cement on some of the steps was falling off and the handrail on the right side of the steps wasn’t even attached to the house making it wobbly and a major safety concern. The house was not clean - spiderwebs, a used plastic glove on a chair, stains on the blinds, garbage, food, and Animal...

”I do wonder if there is a chat bot that responds back for the host or AI written since i voiced my concerns and then got a message asking me to leave a 5 review, it made me think that my previous communications were irrelevent. The basement apartment was as described however I had great difficulty sleeping due to upstairs guests (I believe we had 3 separate guest groups during our stay). There is also road noise near the space from a highway. The washing machine was also not working for our stay...

”Jeff was a great host about communicating the whole time, when I booked the trip and was great with communication on everything. Checking in was easy, the area is a nice neighborhood that is close to grocery stores and coffee places. The home has no carpet, which we enjoyed having 2 dogs, that we were allowed to have with us during our stay and the nice fenced in back yard was convenient for them and waste bags are provided in the back yard. My one recommendation would be with the floors being...

”This is a wonderful spot for couples. This rental takes up the basement of a home in a very quiet neighborhood north of the Denver Tech Center. The unit was extremely clean and organized, with a lot of thoughtful touches that gave it a very cozy feel. The hot tub was wonderful, and extremely private. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions that we had. ”

”It was an adequate property. Front stoop was 20" off the ground (not sure this is 'code'); needing some finishing work to look like a property for living in v. rented out; it is a "Great Harvest" redo (Home Depot); your notes should indicate that the hightway noise is prominent when outside; and, the patio roof is rotted out from leaking. However, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was serviceable.”
