”We gas the first morning had till 11 am to have a hot drink. When hot water is on the boiler is very noisy. The bathroom was too narrow and the towel hooks stcking out did not help. The oven did not smell right when lit and we did not use it. ”

”I cannot put into words just how fabulous this place was… it was soooo clean I wish every place we have stayed was to this amazing high standard. The hamper was so beautiful and even included a large Easter egg. The kitchen was better provisioned than my own and the bed was super comfy. We had some lovely walks along the beach which is only a very short walk way and the owners were so helpful with the information they provided. ”The deckhouse had everything you would need to have an enjoyable holiday. The view from the balcony was lovely. It was an easy walk into Emsworth which has a variety of restaurants and takeaways. The sun shone for the whole week and there were lots of interesting places to visit.”

"Sijaitsee juna-aseman vieressä. Jos aikainen lähtö tai vaikka myöhään Brightonin peli, hyvä sijainti. Muuten vähän tylsä ja kannattaa ottaa hotelli lähempänä rantaa. Kylpyhuone oli varsin kulahtanut, mutta huone oli muuten siisti ja tilava"

perfect location

"Beautiful old hotel right by the sea and close to everything. The hotel has old charm and glamour, but needs some updating. We stayed in a room that hadn't been refurbished (we were told that all rooms should be done by April 2025). Room basically had no window since it was facing the opposite wall less than one meter away. I would definetely recommend to book a room that faces sea or atleast a streetview unless it is just a place to sleep. We picked a hotel based on availability of parking but that really is not an issue. We found plenty of parking garages right in the center so if you don't mind walking 200 meters, there's no need to book a hotel with parking. "
