The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not...

”A great stop off if you ever need easy access to the motorway. Room was huge, comfy beds, quiet, excellent room service and super selection at the breakfast buffet. This is our second stay this year. We will no doubt return again. The only down side is that you do have to pay an additional fee for parking. ”

"Beautiful old hotel right by the sea and close to everything. The hotel has old charm and glamour, but needs some updating. We stayed in a room that hadn't been refurbished (we were told that all rooms should be done by April 2025). Room basically had no window since it was facing the opposite wall less than one meter away. I would definetely recommend to book a room that faces sea or atleast a streetview unless it is just a place to sleep.
We picked a hotel based on availability of parking but that really is not an issue. We found plenty of parking garages right in the center so if you don't mind walking 200 meters, there's no need to book a hotel with parking. "
