”Had a brilliant time at the apartment. It was waking distance to the beach. The apartment had everything you need and we actually did cook dinner. It felt like a home away from home and will recommend this as a brilliant spot for families too. We went with two under 5 and they had a great time. Response from the hosts were quick and we felt constantly reassured that we could reach out and ask anything. ”

”We had no issues checking in, there was a slight plumbing issue that the owners fixed immediately it was apparent. The position of the property is a surprise and is very close to the promenade walk along the beachfront toward the pier. Quality of the service was exemplary and we extended our stay.”

”A lovely property in a great location of Brighton, not far from 7 Dials, the High Street and the Beach, and a good pub literally around the corner! The owners were great and it was a very enjoyable stay - we will definitely go back!”

”The flat was functional and good enough for our stay but definitely needs some attention. There was everything we needed in terms of kitchenware, bedding and towels etc but it definitely could have been cleaner. There are patches of damp particularly in the bathrooms and the en-suite shower was boiling hot. The upstairs room, where there are 2 sofa beds, was damp smelling and sparse. The location is perfect, not picturesque but right off the Main Street, 5 minutes walk from the castle and river.”

”Location was perfect, easy to get everywhere. And we loved our small kitchen, it was handy and there was everything you could imagine to need. Althaugh the room could have been cleaner. There was a bit dust and crumbs everywhere, as if the room had not been vacuumed at all. Also air conditioning was surprisingly noisy, the whole room was resonating, so it didn't help to switch it off. But overall it was a ok stay in a good price.”

”Great place in an excellent location. Modern and clean with very friendly staff. Shame about the road works with their early morning starts and the 6.30 Sunday morning bin lorry - not the hotels fault. ”

”Très bon accueil. Chambre propre et bien aménagée avec une cuisine très bien équipée ( il y a même un four et machine à laver). Chambre au calme. Pour l'emplacement pas loin de la mer et proche des bus qui emmènent à Hastings et à Brighton. Je me 10 ce qui est rare pour un Français.”
