”Location is fantastic. Right on town Square with a great coffee shop and boutique sandwich shop at the apartment entrance. Just be mindful its a common restroom with minimal amenities for privacy. Only one mirror in the four-sink bathroom that is minimally lit . Showers have only a curtain for privacy while your in the shower and none outside. So be prepared to dress inside your shower stall.”

”Last min pick- needed a bed to sleep in. Son said great location if wanting to explore.”

”Decent place overall but not much in terms of extras.”

”Loved the atmosphere very unique and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay the next time we travel this way”

”A calm spot ideal for a quick stopover.”

”Very pleasant stay. The loft was very clean and cozy as advertised.”

”This property was a little larger than the pictures made it look (in our opinion). It was clean and met all of our needs. We would definitely consider coming back in the future if traveling through Effingham again.”

”Great property that I would return to given the need to do so. Our son got married this past weekend and the VRBO allowed us to relax and enjoy the weekend. Thank you so much.”

”Great space compared to a hotel room. Clean”

”It’s very nice, very clean, equipped with everything that you need. It overlooks the cute town of Marshall.”

”Very clean and everything as promised! Would stay again!”

”Beautiful historic building in peaceful small downtown surroundings. Quiet and comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Jeremy is a genuine nice guy who takes loving care of his property.”

”I think I would add an air filter. There is a bit of an old house smell, obviously because it is indeed old. It can trigger allergies. The shower is detaching from the wall, so I would definitely handle that. The coffee was good but low on creamer. There was nothing major, and I am quite picky. The town is right by a huge lake which is beautiful. With a little more detail to the smaller things, I think it could be quite inviting. Put some plants out front. The husband is only on his 40’s and...

”Very cool space in a great location ”

”We had an excellent stay! Our group rented all four lofts, and each one was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Communication from the host was absolutely on point. check-in was super easy and everything was exactly as described. What really stood out were the little touches. They’ve done such a thoughtful job supporting the local community, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. There were so many little special touches throughout the lofts that I won’t give them...

”There was ample room for our group to spread out with easy parking nearby. Location felt perfect for visiting local attractions.”
