”It was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast! It did not disappoint! Beautiful home, so much charm and character comes through every inch of this home. Our room had a king size bed that was truly just as comfortable as our bed at home! The homemade breakfast was a 10/10. We enjoyed sitting around the dining table with the other guest, talking about life and travel. It was truly an unforgettable experience and we plan to stay again. ”

”We were passing through on a motorcycle trip. The hotel was just as described. Nothing too fancy and no interaction with anyone while checking in or out. There was a cool looking bar area but it was closed for a private party. Not many dinner choices around the area however we took a beautiful stroll along the water to the marina where we had a drink and dinner. ”

”Amazing antiques & flowers all around mansion & carriage house. They are still working on completing the renovations which was good for us because we got to go thru all the rooms & see all the furnishings. When we arrived Expedia hadn't notified staff (Dave & Pete) that we were coming but we had made reservations within an hour-ish before. So, our room hadn't been cleaned. We went to dinner & came back to a clean room. We really didn't like the shower, the curtain sticks to your body no matter...

”Lily Pad #1 was impressive. The revitalization of the space was very tastefully done. It created a spark to do the same for several of the other structures in the area that just need a lift up. Some more than others, but they are ALL worth saving! The area could have so much potential! I just wish I were younger to take on some of the projects myself! I digress...Lily Pad 1 was very comfortable and the communication with the owner was great. The only thing that may be a deterrent for some is...
