We were in an accessible room. The strip that holds the water in needs repairing or something higher to keep the water from spilling out all over the bathroom even though there were drains but that’s a safety hazard. The ice machine on the 1st floor was out of service ( the main floor should definitely work if...

My only negative is no coffee maker in the room. No coffee in lobby except during breakfast, but I will say at 2:15 in the morning when we arrived back from the concert that desk clerk said he would make some if we wanted him to ”

”I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. ”
