”Clean and close to good food and coffee. FYI: To walk to the beach you need to cross a 4 lane road. I’d recommend biking but you can walk for sure. ”

”I enjoyed the condo location and property. I’ve stayed at other condos in the Laterra area for golf and recommend the location. I gave this property an overall rating of only 3 stars, okay, as the bed and sofa are very uncomfortable. A disappointment when you want to feel your best for golf. ”

”Large living room with open kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Everything we needed was easy to access. One of the bedrooms is actually a separate suite so perfect for two separate couples vacationing together or a family seeking split plan bedrooms.The unit is a touch on the older side but the tradeoff is a ton of space! Cute little patio with easy access to parking lot. Location is perfect to play King and Bear gold course. Great place to stay for the price. ”
