”We really enjoyed our stay at the Coonamessett. We chose it because we were planning to visit Martha’s Vineyard, and its location was very convenient for getting to Woods Hole, where we caught our ferry. It was also a convenient distance from the ferry parking lot. Tish at the front desk was patient, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is charming, with beautiful grounds and a lovely, quaint feel. Our room had a cozy cottage feel and was quite spacious....

”Check in was confusing, but after texting with Heather, we figured it out. You enter through the restaurant and since it was closed on Mondays, there was no staff on site. The suite we were in was very nice, brand new and big. The shower and water pressure was great. The bed was very comfortable. The stained glass windows were beautiful. The inn is on a busy corner and you can hear the traffic at times. Breakfast was basic and the trash can was overflowing as there was no staff to clean it up....

”We had a great stay in this historic inn. It was in the perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants and the harbor. The staff were a delight and thoroughly enjoyed the Hugo Spritz specialty cocktail they offered one evening out on the patio.”

”We stayed here as an impromptu extra night when we were in Rhode Island, two weeks ago. This place was adorable! From the moment you walk in the door, it just felt clean and welcome. The front desk staff was very nice. As well as well, whom I believe to be the manager of the kitchen. Our room was clean and stocked with towels and other essentials. The refrigerator offered juice and water for no extra charge. The bed was extremely comfortable and the property remained quiet at night. Which helped...
