”We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. We reached the nice restaurants at Wellfleet, the Town Neck Beach nearby and the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore from here easily on the daily exploration trips. The...

”Very clean and really appreciated the "quiet hours". The only thing I could suggest is that for the downstairs rooms on the ends, maybe put a small curtain in the bathrooms. It wasn't an issue but if someone wax on the porch upstairs they can look directly down into the bathroom. ”
