”We booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival we were informed that no such rooms were available.
The staff programmed our key cards twice. The first set of keys did not work at all when scanned at the door. The second set showed a red light, and we then discovered that the room had already been assigned to other guests.
The staff switched us to a room with one king bed instead. Unfortunately, the sofa bed mattress was excessively soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep on, and there...

”Rooms were large, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was normal hotel quality and opened early. Plenty of parking, even with a boat.
The hotel was completely full do to a kids baseball tournament. The room we were assigned was next to pool so sleep was optional. The only down side.”
