”The room was exceptionally clean. Pillows comfortable, sheets & bedding clean. Staff at check-in was warm & welcoming. Went down late for a pop & staff said there was a small variety available but she could offer us yogurt or a banana -- although we didn't take any, that's the first time a hotel offered us a little to eat, and I can see how important that would be in a city built on health care, as yours is. If I'd been ill, I'd have felt my care was already starting!”
