”The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. ”

”Jessica was more than welcoming and made sure everything was set and perfect for our last minute stay in Rochester. House was in a great location and even the snow was cleared from the driveway so we had no issues getting in. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Thanks again!”
