”The pool/hot tub were not working due to heating issues, however there were no signs anywhere indicating this, nor did staff say a word about it, in fact when asked, they said they had no idea, that no one tells them anything. The housekeeping were very friendly, and were happy to help with more towels when asked. I will say that given the location so close to the mayo clinic, and the price, I was happy about that. Our room also was very clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable.”

”I forgot my pillow and they are holding it for me to pick back up on my way back! Very helpful.”

”Great room clean, good space and happy customer service.”

”We were greeted warmly and by name with our late check in. Great staff. Hotel is very dated, but clean.”

”Very clean room and staff was very helpful and very friendly and welcoming.”

”Great breakfast”

”Great for price and clean”

”Room was very clean and updated. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.”

”Property was clean inside. The Property needs a designated smoking area as people were leaving cigarette buttons all over”

”Of several properties we have stayed at in the last year around Mankato, Motel 6 has been the best so far. Everything looks brand new.”

”Self check in. Never saw anyone but was sent two messages. First instructed us that we were in room 8 only to receive second message a couple of hours later saying we were instructed that room 10 was our room. I replied that we were in room 8 and we stayed there but never received a reply back. Everything worked good with check in process.”
