âFor the price of the room I would not expect there to be mold in the shower tile cracks. The staff was very nice. The cleaning people only made one bed because of a pillow we forgot on the other bed which is ridiculous. I have never stayed in a Doubletree before and I was told it was the best there was and I will not stay in another one. The room was dark and dingy. The view was a air conditioning units.â

âThe only negative was we booked the room with a hot tub. Which was extra and it was not made available to us. There was 7â of snow on top of the cover and the tub itself was iced all around it, so would not be able to remove the cover. It should have been checked before our arrival to make sure it was able to be used. A disappointment for sure.â
