”We were just passing through Marietta for one night and this was a great place to stay. The condo is quite roomy, very nicely decorated, and had lots of windows facing the river. We took advantage of the deck overlooking the river and enjoyed a glass of wine to unwind before walking over to the nearby BBQ restaurant for Sunday night dinner. ”This condo is in the heart of the city but is pretty quiet and felt pretty safe. The owner did keep it well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. The bed and the couch were comfortable too. We were attending a convention and took the easy walk there and back every day (multiple times on a couple of days). It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk on level ground with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars along the way.”
