”Perfectly good stay, hotel is xlean and well located to driving distance to beaches. Food is great. Staff are rally nice but may not feel like that but please make an effort they are really nice.”

”I loved my experience at Vega Hotel in Mamaia. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The food, both at the breakfast and the lunch was very good and diverse and all the plates were delicious. Congratulations to your chef! The staff at the beach were also very helpful and always polite. I’ve spent a good time at Vega Hotel and I will surely come back again in the future!”

”The stay there was lovely, luxurious feel but the menu at the restaurant was maybe a bit overpriced. Towel service for the beach and friendly staff overall.
I think the only comment I would have is when I asked a few of the staff for recommendations around the city or other things they couldn’t recommend anything.
I wouldn’t say the place is vegetarian friendly or for people who don’t consume pork as there is pork in everything. The staff tried to accommodate our needs which was great.

”Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in.
Breakfast was okay, but can be better and should have fresh food not displayed (leftovers) second day as well!”
