”Charged a security deposit and did not refund after checkout. Their customer resolution # indicates an email address to use for refunds however the speaker does not speak clearly so you can get the email address.”

”The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked well, and the underground parking was a big plus. The host was very responsive and proactive with communication, which made check-in and the overall stay easy. The location was convenient, especially if you need to be near Froedtert or the Wauwatosa/Milwaukee area. Overall, it was an easy and comfortable stay, and we would stay here again.”

”Just the homebase I needed, as I visited friends in Milwaukee and Brookfield! Thanks Lulu!”

”Great place”

”The apartment and location were exactly as described, and communication was excellent. The host provided very clear and helpful directions regarding how to access the key fob from the lockbox on the building, even providing a YouTube video showing how the lockboxes operate, which was critical. The only negatives for me were that there were multiple air fresheners in use in the apartment, which I found off-putting, being sensitive to chemicals. ”Nice place, convenient location. Easy to get into, had a little of everything I needed.”

”This is an incredible hidden gem in Delafield. Loved every minute of our stay!”

”Great location!”

”Smooth email communication for checking in and out.”

”Loved staying here. Close enough that everything was within walking or biking distance. Very convenient to come and go as you please and parking being included was a major bonus. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Would absolutely stay here again.”

”The location was perfect”

”Very clean and cute! Awesome German restaurant right down the block with fun outdoor space. Would rebook if in the area.”

”Overall a great experience. The place was as described and provided everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.”

”Comfortable apartment. Convenient to family we were visiting.”

”The location of this apartment is perfect, you are right downtown and just about a block from the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable, my only complaint is that the bedroom needs room darkening curtains. When traveling with small children, or wanting to sleep in, as is common on vacations, a dark bedroom is a must! It also can be a bit warm in the bedroom with the door closed, the ac is in the living room. A fan would be a welcome addition. Other than that, the place was fabulous!”

”It was fine”

”This was a great place to stay while we visited family nearby. Walkable to beach and restaurants!”

”Great space! Clean and up to date. We got lucky and found a parking spot right in front sometime around 4:15pm. Instructions were clear on how to get in. Getting an Uber was fast and easy in the area. We plan to return next year to this same listing. Very happy we tried this out when we normally stay at a hotel. Highly recommend.”
