”Upon checking in to my room, the tv remote didn’t work. The ice machine on my floor was not working. There was trash in the hallway by the elevator. The kitchen was filthy. Stains on the floor in my room. The room also had a strange smell. There was no microwave in the room.”

”As you walk in the entire hotel stinks it stinks like there’s a stench in there like it’s old and musty then the rooms don’t look like the pictures. When I checked into my room, I went to the third floor. There’s a lot of construction going on and when I went in my room, it smelled like mold.
