”A good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. We chose to eat the Indian food it was served hot and was very tasty. ”

In all of our travels in India, this was the only hotel that had a contract laundry service with washer and dryer, so our clothes were promised to be washed, dried and ironed within a day”

”I had a great stay at Thekkady Haritham Residency! This is a newly renovated property so everything was very clean and I had no issues. The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet and everything worked great. It was excellent value for the price; much more affordable than other options. There are 4 rooms on each floor so it is perfect for groups. I was a solo traveler and enjoyed my stay even with other guests staying there. It is away from the main roads and main City so it is very peaceful...

”Really nice place. Friendly staff! Kumily is great for exploring Periyar. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from the entry point into Periyar national park. Clean and spacious room. No hot water in the shower head. However, there was a tap with hot water in knee-height and a plastic bucket. So it was possible to get a hot shower using that. ”
