This 1,700 Square Feet Villa has ocean and pool views, in the most desirable location in the complex. With just 20 yards of lawn before the sandy beach, and the pool, jacuzzi and BBQs are just 10 yards to the right!

This deluxe home is located on the ground level. Features 3-bedrooms, 2 bath, 55” flat screen TV with 70 channels, TVs in every bedroom. Complimentary high speed internet - wifi and wireless, and Bose surround sound for your enjoyment.
The Villa has central air conditioning with a de-humidifier and ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, queen sized beds are in the two secondary bedrooms, a new high end pull out couch with a Tempurpedic mattress in the living room.
The gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite countertops is equipped with a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove cook top and oven, microwave, a new dishwasher plus all cooking and dining necessities such as cookware, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, and More! The kitchen is fully stocked and then some.
Laundry amenities include a brand new oversized washer and dryer inside the Villa. We will accommodate young families with babies with Pack-N-Play Bassinet crib/playpen for babies up to 36 in.

Guests have access to the entire home, Ocean Villa grounds, swimming pool, spa. Free parking available.

Turtle Bay is Located on the North Shore of Oahu. Sits by two 18-hole golf courses - The George Fazio & Arnold Palmer Course. miles of walking trails, and a safe swimming and snorkeling beach. There are super markets, famous food truck, and Kahuku shrimp. The Polynesian Cultural Center (the second most visited attraction on Oahu), famous big wave surfing spots like Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline all within a 10 minute drive. The quaint Town of Haleiwa is 20 minutes away where you can enjoy some fun shopping, restaurants, and the boat harbor. If you want to swim with the sharks, you can check out the tours offered.

Recommend to rent a car since the Bus system to this area is scarce.

ACCESS, KEYPAD & GATES
Door Keypad: You will receive a unique door code before arrival.
Gates: The same code will open the pedestrian, pool, and beach gates. Please ensure all gates are securely closed after entering or exiting.

PARKING
Assigned Stall:

The Ocean Villa Parking Pass must be displayed on your dashboard at all times. Vehicles without a visible pass may be towed.
Guest Parking:
Guest stalls are located outside the gate (free).
Turtle Bay Hotel parking is also free for visitors.

SMOKING, PETS & PARTIES
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside the unit or on the lanai.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Parties or large gatherings are prohibited.

CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION
Hawai‘i’s tropical climate attracts insects. To maintain a pest-free Villa:
Keep the unit free of crumbs
Store all food in sealed containers or in the refrigerator
Take out excess trash or take-out boxes promptly
Important: Do NOT eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract tropical bugs.

AIR CONDITIONING
If A/C is OFF upon arrival, turn it on using the switch in the laundry closet (right side).
Directions are inside the panel.
If the patio door is opened, the thermostat automatically shuts off.
Please help conserve energy by turning off A/C when leaving the Villa.

QUIET HOURS
Property Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

LAUNDRY & SAND CARE
Do not use detergents containing bleach or Oxi—they stain towels
Shake sand off towels outside before washing
Remove sand and shells from swimwear and pockets before entering the Villa or shower Sand damages plumbing and appliances—your care is appreciated.

TRASH & TOILETS
Trash: Dispose of trash in the dumpster adjacent to the parking area near guest stalls. Do not leave trash bags outside your Villa.
Toilets: Do not flush:
Feminine products
Disposable or “flushable” wipes
Paper towels or trash
Only toilet paper should be flushed.

HOUSEKEEPING
We provide basic household supplies for the first day or two of your stay. Additional maid service is available for a fee—please contact us to schedule.

ITEMS ON LANAIS, WINDOWS & ENTRYWAYS
To preserve community appearance and safety:
Nothing may hang from windows or lanais (towels, clothing, etc.)
Entryways and sidewalks must remain clear
Please do not store boogie boards, snorkel equipment, bikes, or trash bags outside doors

SKATEBOARDING
Skateboarding is not permitted anywhere on property grounds.

SWIMMING POOL RULES
Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
No lifeguard on duty
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
No food within 6 feet of the pool
No glass of any kind within the pool area
Infants & toddlers must wear waterproof swim diapers
Please follow all posted pool rules.

BBQ AREAS
BBQ Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Grills are first come, first served
Cooking time is limited to 45 minutes
Please clean grills after each use
