”I gave 5 stars in many areas, but overall only 3 so I will explain why. The condo was very clean, beds comfy, AC works great, kitchen well stocked, communication was flawless and there are awesome beach chairs & boogie boards. The showers however were awful.Toilets & vanities have been updated but I have never showered in such a run down dingy shower. I rushed through showers becasue I was grossed out. They were clean, but they are stained, patched and the surrounding sheetrock is cracked and...

”Beautifully maintained townhouse in excellent location with so many amenities for the pool, beach, and family game night! Wish we could have stayed longer!”

”Property had many issues. It needs to be remodeled before being rented again!!!! Bathrooms, especially tub and showers are ancient. Hardware was rusted and shower upstairs is minimal in size. Floors had cracks in tile and the grout was aged to the point it was dirty looking. Extreme problem with ants especially in kitchen. Crawling all over sink and counter and anything placed there!! We were forced to wash everything before use. Needless to say we ate out. I contacted host. Explained our...

”Lovely rental. Pleasantly surprised they provided so many amenities: laundry detergent, dish washer pods, snorkels …”

”We had a wonderful time at the Ocean Pearl -- it was well stocked with the essentials; communication was timely, clear, and helpful; the location was great (I had originally hoped for something closer to the ocean, but the location ended up being quiet, beautiful, and a pleasant walk away from Roy's Beach House and the ocean). It was a perfect retreat for our reunion and birthday celebration.”

”Here’s a polished version that includes those additional points while keeping the review balanced and fair:Overall, we had a good stay and the property met all of our family’s needs. The kitchen was especially well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made traveling with kids much easier. The condo was clean and well maintained, although we felt it was a bit more dated than the listing photos suggested. The air conditioning in the main living area and bedrooms worked, but it...

”The property was clean and worry free. It was well stocked for our stay with beach chairs and boogie boards and other beach supplies including ample towels for pool and beach. Having a washer and dryer was nice. All the bedrooms are upstairs so be prepared to tote luggage. I would have awarded 5 stars but all the mattresses are extremely firm with most being rock hard. Also, upon arrival it was hot and stuffy until the A/C units had a few hours to work so plan accordingly. Overall we thoroughly...

”6 of us spent 12 days in the condo. It is a very well appointed condo with very comfortable beds, beach accessories and home goods. The kitchen lacks a dishwasher which surprised us considering it is advertised for 6 occupants. Renting a condo ensures being able to cook and dine with the resources to do so. It was surprising there is not really a pantry to store food, only 5 chairs for the patio furniture, which was more like “indoor furnishing” and some utensils needed for long-term stays. The...

”Super cute one bedroom mini apartment. My husband and I both thought the bed was really comfortable. We both slept great. The communication was top-notch when I needed assistance. Instructions on how to get into the property confused me a smidgen but I'm new to using VRBO. I wish the Wi-Fi would have worked in the unit. That was my only frustration but everything else I thought was well worth the price.”

”What a surprising and delightful spot on Hawaii’s North Shore! Close to the beach, fruit trees on property, and there was a trampoline for our kid to jump on! Short drive to some really cool spots in Waimea and Hale’iwa. We LOVED our stay here.”
