We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. This is our first time staying at the North shore and we are happy we had this place to stay. Likes: closeness to the beach and proximity to the places we wanted to go. The estate was well maintained and having that security gate is a great feature. The kitchen is fully equipped plus the new washer and dryer is awesome! The communication between the property manager is easy and genuine. The townhouse itself is a bit dated but we can see the care that the owners put into it. Suggestions: Maybe a bathroom caddy in the masterâs bathroom since there is nothing in there that you can put your shampoo or soap on. It would be nice to have a better broom and dustpan to use inside the house so we can sweep the floor. There were also dead cockroaches inside the kitchen cabinet and some bugs in the ice dispenser. The volume on the TV in the living room is not working. Over all, we would recommend this townhouse and would def come back.
