Condo was very clean and had all necessary cleaning and cooking supplies provided, there was even a closet full of different beach supplies that you may need during your stay. Check in process was smooth and was able to communicate with host easily. The view from the condo was stunning and the property was very nice with 3 different pool options. Air conditioning worked well and was available in each room as well as a tower and ceiling fan.

Great Ocean Front Condo

We loved the location of this condo and enjoyed the large deck that looked out to the ocean. It was spacious and well equipped. We used the pools, hot tubs and pickleball courts, all of which were well maintained. It was hot the week we were there and very happy it was air conditioned. There is a big closet with beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear and other beach toys. The condo was a bit dated but clean. We would definately stay there again.

Paradise view and accessibility

Well equipped, lovely location, pools were super, especially the ocean pool. Grounds and landscaping were very tidy and lovely variety of plants. Loved the beach towels, toys, chairs, and sunscreen! Staff were very friendly and helpful! We’d enjoy returning soon!

Amazing

We loved our stay here. Everything is as pictured. Great location, a little bit of a distance from all of the tourist stuff, but the drive was not bad at all. There is a shopping center with a grocery store, pharmacy and some restaurants really close by which was great. The condo is well equipped and family friendly and the view is amazing. It was quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend. We didn't interact with the property manager so I can't really speak to what that would have been like, but I rated it five stars to keep the rating.

Great, roomy condo!

This condo was a great homebase for our family of 5’s visit to the Big Island. It had everything we needed. Plenty of space. Very clean. Air conditioning in each room. I we also loved the area, a 15–20 minute drive to Kona and town life. And easily accessible to anywhere we were visiting on the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and an Amazing Condo...what a View!

We were only there 4 days; but loved the views, location, and how well stocked the place was. We felt Welcomed, and everything we could have needed was there! Good A/C, plenty of room, and we loved playing cards on the balcony every night! Oh, and the Kanaloa location...good pools, views, BBQ's, and more! Highly recommend this location...except for when we are there, Ha!

Wonderful condo, amenities, and view!

There were six of us spanning three generations: our first family vacation together and first time to Hawaii for five of us. We chose this condo for its view looking over the water, spaciousness to accommodate our various needs, included beach gear, and the enthusiastic rave reviews. We can now add to them as it was everything we hoped for and more. And every one of us agreed we would readily return to this same condo again. The highlight was the beautiful, breezy balcony with table, chairs, and chaise lounge where we spent most of our time eating, reading, relaxing, and looking out over the water and at the glorious sunsets. We made good use of the included beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, cooler, and even a cart to haul it all. The kitchen and bathrooms were also well-stocked by the owners and previous guests. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of storage and closet space, including the loft where the two older teens stayed. We appreciated the location, just south of the hubbub of Kona, yet extremely convenient with a nice shopping center at the top of the road and easy access to highways to north and south attractions. We had everything we needed for an amazing week together and can't say enough about the excellent space and our experience here. Mahalo!!!

Great except check out process

Overall stay was great. Great location. Property was well maintained. Check out process is something to be corrected. You cannot expect guests to wash all the bedsheets and towels. Especially when we have early flight. This doesn't make sense. The dryer was taking too long to dry and we could not get it done,

Beautiful ocean views, clean and comfortable, wonderful pools

This property was absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and a great location with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and several snorkeling and swimming beaches. Upon arrival, we found a welcome basket full of snacks and water, a spotlessly cleaned unit, and plenty of space for the 5 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked and would have accommodated almost any kind of cooking we wanted to do though we mostly ate out. Several of the places we dined we learned about through the recommendations provided by the owner in a helpful notebook. One of the best features of this property was being able to sit on the lanai and watch the waves splash up against the black lava rock, just beyond the lanai. Another of our favorite aspects of this property were the three pools. They were all clean and perfect for cooling off in the heat of an August day in Hawaii. Even the restrooms at the pools were spotless. In fact, between the views from the lanai and the pools, we sometimes found it hard to want to leave the unit to go and do "touristy" things.

Relaxing Home Base

We stayed at this beautiful property July 24-31 and it was delightful. 3 generations; 6 people, the youngest being 9. The home was perfect for our group. The dining table was big enough to play games and eat as a family, with enough table settings and serving dishes for our group. The lanai was incredible and used every day, especially for sunset. We were pleased with all of the extras too - beach towels, coolers, snorkel gear, and more. The pools were well kept and easy to access. We enjoyed the local restaurants without needing to drive up to Kailua. This location also worked well as a base for our excursions around the island too. Our first snorkel launched from the harbor down the street. Greenwell Farms is nearby for your coffee bean fix. We also did 3 big days of driving and were happy to return for sunset on the lanai. The kitchen had all of the necessities (coffee grinder and drip coffee maker!) and the grill was not too far away. Being that we visited in late July, the air conditioning was used every day. It took quite some time for the house to cool on the first day and we learned to use the fans scattered around the house , especially in the master bedroom. As the week progressed, we became more accustomed to the local weather and never needed to crank the thermostat below the recommended setting. We would highly recommend this property to others looking for a quiet, relaxing spot with a front seat to the ocean! Mahalo for letting us experience your wonderful home!

A very comfortable, lovely, clean condo situated in an older, well taken care of resort. Having a quiet, adult pool is a huge plus. The view from this ocean front condo is incredible. Ocean, Lava Rock and Green grass. Very private location. We have stayed at this complex several times over the years, starting in the 80's, and the kitchen and master bath are the nicest we have stayed in. Kona town isn't that far away, a snorkel beach close by, Sam Choy restaurant with an outstanding view farther up the hill; So much to see and do, but never enough time! My absolutely "only" suggestion is maybe a new 4 slot toaster and coffee pot that goes off in 2 hours? Mahalo! Cheryle, Christy, Shirley from Sparks, Nevada

Fantastic location and rental!

This is a beautiful rental right off the coast...there is no beach here but the views are absolutely fantastic! We saw some dolphins right in the water in front of us. Not only is the view great but this has got to be the most well equipped rental I have ever stayed in. Beach chairs, boogie board, totes, snorkeling gear, beach towels, blenders, rice cooker, etc Just amazing and highly recommended!

Gorgeous 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Unit in Kona

Highly recommend this property! The views and furnishings were even better than the photos. This property has A/C, modern furnishings (as opposed to many Hawaiian condos), high ceilings, and felt very spacious. It has a beautiful lanai that's oceanfront and perfect for evening sunsets. We absolutely will stay here again on our next Kona trip!

The best place to stay in Kona

We stayed at 3104 for a week. It was out best trip to Kona. I have family on the island and it was big enough to have them over to visit and spend time together. The unit to gorgeous. Very clean and updated. They have everything you could possibly need. I definitely will be booking with them again.
