”Excellent property, and wonderful, helpful staff. We had an ocean front room, which was amazing. The pool is great for kids and adults alike. The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores. I highly recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Kona.”

”Hotelli on vilkkaasti liikennöidyn valtatien varrella, joka varsinkin ruuhka-aikaan hankaloittaa erityisesti autoilua. Hotelli oli peruskuntoinen ja toimi parhaiten edullisena keskustan yöpymispaikkana. Hotellin yhteydessä on suosittu iltaravintola. ”Great condo not far from town. Nice pool with hot tub, very clean. This unit was truly ocean front with large lanai and access from the bedroom or living area. Pretty quiet laid-back area, nice tide pools out front. Bring your reef shoes! We would stay at the Kona Bali Kai again.”

”I honestly cannot say enough about my stay at this property. The condo itself was very nice and clean and the property owner was very attentive and communicated everything well. Above all else though is the location as you really couldn’t ask for a better location with a perfect view of the sunset every night. ”Condo was beautiful! Beach was right out the lani window. Gorgeous view! Surfers, tidepools to enjoy, excursion boats going by. Shopping just down the street. Condo had just about everything we would need; i kicked myself for packing so much. Holly surprised us with some treats in the kitchen to enjoy! We had a fabulous vacation and really plan on staying here again!”

”This was our first visit to the Big Island. The property manager responded to my question regarding snorkeling gears promptly. It was easy to get to the property from the airport. The property was very clean and well equipped for our needs. There were welcome gifts of local beer and snacks! We enjoyed Kona coffee provided as well. ”We loved this perfect “Home Away From Home” condo. The Pacific Ocean directly across the front street Ali’i Drive and the location is exactly situated within minutes walking to everything. The secured parking was a bonus and hassle free. What we loved most was the condo had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. Extra pillows and blankets and beach gear too!!”

”They recently instituted pool rules that state no yelling and no flotation devices. Children who play in the pool occasionally yell as part of their playtime. Our granddaughter at 5 months old had a flotation device that allowed her to safely sit and have protection from the sun while enjoying the water. Now according to their new rules, this isn't allowed. So buyer beware.”

”Everything was great, from the cleanliness, to the prompt communication with the staff when any questions were had. It was a nice addition to have swim/snorkel accessories, such as the boogey boards, swim noodles, sun screen, etc. Definitely had a comfortable stay and would stay here again.”

”While not for the view, it is clean and reasonably appointed with a short walk to coast and main drag in Kona. Pullout couch works for a teen. Roomy enough. Nice shower. Our only real issue was a water outage during stay which was very inconvenient but probably beyond the control of host. Would return.”

”This was a perfect destination for my family and i. Kitchen set up.for full meals, clean, spacious, and oh man the views. The sunsets off the lanai were spectacular. Easy walking to everything in town, and a great starting point for longer destinations. Beach outside the door, waves crashing, it was awesome. Easy to get to, only caveat is you need to be a pretty good at parking in tight spots. The garage is clean, safe, and small. Other than that, awesome all around.”

The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort ”
