The Neighborhood:

Ali'i Drive links this part of Kailua-Kona to beach stops, surf watching, food, and town evenings without losing the ocean from the route. Banyans Beach is close, Magic Sands Beach Park is about a mile away, and Pāhoehoe Beach Park is roughly three-quarters of a mile in the opposite direction. Stop at Da Poke Shack nearby, then follow the coast north for Kona town's harbor, shops, and sunset strolls. Kahalu'u Beach Park is farther south for snorkeling.



Getting Around:

A rental car is the easiest way to explore the Kona Coast at your own pace. Ali'i Drive connects this area with Kailua-Kona, beach parks, dining, and shops. Check your reservation details for parking information and plan on a car for flexible access to beaches and day trips.
