Lovely Oceanfront 3. kerros 2BD / 2bth Kauniisti yllä yksikön Kona Bali Kai, yksi Kona suosituimmista oceanfront kohteisiin. Katsella delfiinejä, valaita (talvikaudella) surffaajien, ja ne upea Kona auringonlaskuja suoraan omaan yksityiseen lanai. Suuri uima-allas ja poreallas keskellä monimutkaisia, hiekkaranta alueilla ja merenranta BBQ piknikpöytien vain muutaman askeleen päässä laitteesta. On autotalli ja hissit helposti. Sijaitsee noin 3 kilometrin päässä Kona, alle kilometrin päässä White Sands Beach, ja noin 2 kilometrin Kahaluu Beach Park joitakin saaren parhaista snorklaus. Exceptional view.

Mostly great. The AC was out for a few days and it got pretty hot but it was fixed quickly. A smoke alarm went off one morning and we had trouble shutting it down but same day it was fixed. Couldn't work the microwave but didn't need it. Box fan overheated so I bought a new one. Sliding screen door to the master needs WD40 so it can slide. Whole. complex needs work but it was a good place to stay. needs WD40 so it can slide.

Christmas in Paradise

This is our third time staying in this apartment and we love it so much. My husband and I just celebrated our 25th anniversary and it was just how I remembered it from the last time we stayed. Hanging out on the lanai watching sea turtles and listening to the ocean. If you want an amazing place to stay with all the amenities this is the place for you.

This property is great!

We loved our stay here! We live in Tallahassee and have rented a lot of beach places in North Florida, and this one was much more generously appointed and was very clean. Kitchen has great supplies, including saran wrap, tupperware, scissors, tape, spices including salt and pepper, dish soap, sponge, etc., things that are often not included. Similarly, there was spare shampoo, soap, and even sunscreen, probably left overs from previous renters, available for use. Even band-aids and antibiotic for scrapes and cuts! So generous! There was even laundry detergent for the washer and dryer and a Pack N Play baby crib in the closet. Also, lots of beach gear available to borrow - a boogie board, pool noodles, beach chairs, and it looked like some spare masks and fins and a beach umbrella, too. Really couldn't ask for more from a rental! The location was super convenient and quieter than closer to downtown, and we loved the tide pools in front - you are literally right on the beach and can hear the ocean at night, which I loved. We saw whales from the lanai as well as surfers. Also, lots of great books - the same guide book we brought, some books on the Hawaiian language, and pamphlets from the National Parks in the area. Really, really happy with our rental - many thanks for making it easy and fun for us!

Cute place. Loved the range hood, microwave. Nice ceiling fans. Pictures make it appear bigger than it really is. Clean. Well stocked with spices, toiletries, books, manuals, beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, noodles for pool. It has air conditioning! Wayne responded fast.

I had an incredible stay at Kona Bali Kai 317, with its waterfront setting and breathtaking ocean views from both the bedroom and living room. It was impressively practical and thoughtful, making it easy to feel at home. The availability of a washer and dryer was a much-needed convenience during my trip. The condo itself was incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. But what truly stole the show were the mesmerizing sunsets that painted the sky every evening. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean waves was a magical experience that I won't forget. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene and unforgettable getaway! One more delightful highlight of my stay was the fresh and delicious poke available downstairs.

Excellent surf vacation for whole family

We had a wonderful time staying at Banyans. The condo was well appointed, comfortable, clean, and had everything we could need; especially the beautiful view. The location is perfect for a family with surfers and kids that want to ride pool. I could sit on the patio and watch my son finding creatures. Also really enjoyed the gas bbq’s on the water’s edge, perfect place to relax at the end of the day. We’ll definitely book again. Thank you!

Awesome location and view

This was my first time to Kona and it was amazing. The condo was Fabulous. The management was great addressing any questions or concerns. The view itself was spectacular. Everything was nice and clean with plenty of amenities. You don't have to worry about anything if you stay here. I will be back. This location was peaceful and very relaxing plus near to shopping center.

Great place, beautiful view, highly recommended!

The unit was well-placed (on the oceanfront), well-equipped, clean, and nicely laid out. Highly recommended! This is the best-equipped condo we've ever rented in Hawaii. The kitchen had every necessary appliance, cookware, dinnerware, etc. (Well, it didn't have a whisk. First-world problems.) The washer/drier were new and full-featured. The TV had all the right streaming services. And the wi-fi worked great. The bedrooms were very nice. The front BR had a comfortable, king-size bed, and the back BR had a nice queen bed. Bathrooms were spacious and well-stocked with towels. It's hard to tell from the photos, but the front BR *does* have a pocket door, despite looking like it has no door at all. Despite some indications to the contrary, the unit has no A/C. In April, the place was cool enough, especially with the large ceiling fans. However, the back bedroom was a little warm at night if the door was closed. The owner (or PM) went a little overboard on the labels everywhere (how the lights, fans, and showers worked; what switches control what, etc.). But it was oddly charming, like being around a forgetful parent. Parking was plentiful, and we appreciated the under-building covered stalls. This was possibly one of the easiest condos we've had to park. Parking registration was odd. We just filled out the form and put it on our dashboard. The local "security," which the instructions say to register with, was never around and didn't reply to texts. No worries—we didn't get towed! There's a tiny sandy area out front that works as a beach. Otherwise, it's lava rocks. The little lagoon right off the lanai is protected from the waves and frequently has sea turtles. The gentle shore break made for blissful waves that lull you to sleep (none of the "boom" you hear from larger waves). All in all a delightful experience we'd be happy to repeat!

Exactly what you would expect from a rental and more. Place was spotless. Everything worked. Bed was comfortable and we were right on the oceanfront. Why would I pay for a hotel room when I can stay here! We stayed 4 nights.

We arrived at night and it was too dark to see outside, so when we woke up in the morning and realized we were literally on the ocean, we were in heaven. The condo is perfect in every way, especially great for a small family.

9 night stay

Very nice condo… was a good size for 3 adults… exactly as pictured. Well maintained and clean. Beautiful views.. got to watch turtles nearly every morning. Good location. We are used to staying north of here, more in the heart of Kona, where things are within walking distance, but this location is only a couple miles from stores/restaurants. Lots of fans are available since there is no air-conditioning, but we went in October so it was comfortable. Wayne was a good host and answered all of our questions!

Piece of Paradise

Perfect location that is within a short 2 minute drive to downtown Kona where shops and restaurants are located. The condo is exactly as pictured...beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable with all things you may need and the view is gorgeous. Sunset watching on the patio is the best. The pool is great, parking available, WIFI worked, instructions for how to use items, book full of ideas with things to do including food to try. Definitely a perfect stay!
