Million Dollar View from your large private lanai.

The view is of the entire bay and harbor of Kailua-Kona. This is a remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath, washer/dryer, reserved parking on ocean condo. We have put in a built-in desk with WIFI connections should you need to work remotely. Our pool is salt water and heated in the center of the Villas. You will see dolphins from your Lanai, outriggers passing by and hear the crashing of the waves and find such peace and tranquility. Enjoy our little Kona Town, the harbor, nice restaurants and bars. The landscaping is a true tropical paradise. You will find the true spirit of Aloha when you arrive on island, and you might see a wild goat on your way from the airport. The master is a king size bed, and the guest is a queen. You will find all the beach equipment needed for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, variety of teas, coffee, spices, friendly BBQ area and an observation deck to enjoy our world-famous sunsets. If you need to accommodate a larger group, we have additional units for you. The condo is on the third floor, and we do not have elevators. The walk to town is approximately 15 mins.

The view! Wow... Our host, Betsy, was easy to communicate with, great suggestions for my first time on the Big Island, and provided lovely welcoming surprises. The accommodations had everything from coffee and plastic wrap to lots of beach towels and hangers. Perhaps a chest of drawers would be nice in the second bedroom, but otherwise, plenty of space for 2 to 3 people. No AC but the many fans (ceiling and floor) helped with the hotter temps. And, of course, leaving the deck doors open for ocean breeze.

Perfect

The location, style, cleanliness and amenities of the property were perfect in every way. Direct ocean views, big balcony, free easy parking, great decor, sparkling clean, washer/dryer; dishwasher and easy access to Ali'i Drive and the Kona coast. Nice touches such as coffee, tea, candies and other welcome small food items.

Awesome Ocean views

Betsy was a wonderful host. Her Condo was very clean and stocked. The beds were comfortable. Super close to town. The Best part let me say, Was the Views!!! We sat on the Lanai which was literally on the Ocean. Hearing the waves every morning and falling asleep to it felt like a dream. Thank you Betsy for having us at your lovely condo. My mom, sister and I, enjoyed our relaxing vacation.

Beautiful Alii Villas Condo

Betsy was an awesome host. It was so nice to have a condo that came equipped with basic kitchen needs, there were so many spices to use and condiments in the fridge. The condo was very clean and the view can’t be beat. There were even a few snacks for us upon arrival!

Overall the property is as advertised. My only comment is that even though we never kept food outside the refrigerator, there were still cockroaches of all sizes in the kitchen silverware drawer, on the counter & in the master bathroom. I know this is a tropical location, but it's possible the property needs to have someone come in & spray more often.

AMAZING!!

This property had one of the best views on the island!! We saw an incredible fireworks display across the city on New Year’s Eve! We listened to the ocean and saw whales and dolphins from our lani!! Betsy was so friendly and helpful with many suggestions for island activities! We will definitely stay here again!! It’s a real gem!!

Lovely property

My adult daughter and I were in Kona for a wedding and this property was perfect. Well decorated and clean. The unit was on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and the balcony faced the water. Every night we welcomed a beautiful sunset. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils and basic pantry items. There was even a small cooler that we used to pack lunches. Also had beach chairs and beach towels which was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and loved the shower heads! There is no AC but many ceiling fans and standing fans kept the place relatively cool - even in August! Betsy was easy to work with and sent us information ahead of time so check-in was easy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful View

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was so much better than the pictures. The balcony was large and the view was spectacular!! We travel a lot and this condo was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Beach towels and lots of extras were provided. The grounds were well kept and communication with Betsy was spot on!! She was very helpful with the whole trip!! I highly recommend this condo and the fabulous owner! You won’t be disappointed!

Mom and Daughters get away

Betsy was a wonderful host. She answered texts quickly, gave great recommendations for yummy poke nachos, and available for any questions we had. The place is clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with beach necessities. Hearing the waves every night while going asleep and having coffee on the balcony, watching the waves was heavenly. Highly recommend Betsy’s place!

Wonderful location with epic view. We enjoyed the daily sunset over the water from the balcony! Convenient location to activities and restaurants. Wonderful Place

This condo was wonderful, and even better than the pictures portray! It had everything we needed and more, great location for us, and an incredible view with as close to perfect sounds of the ocean we could have imagined! We also happened to get to bump into Betsy one day in the area during our stay and I’m so glad! She is an incredible lady and was so kind. My husband and I are already trying to figure out when we can return and for even longer next time. Thank you so much Betsy!

Great Condo with Amazing Views

Older condo but very nicely redone. Modern kitchen, beautiful bathrooms. Comfy beds. Saw whales and flying fish from the 3rd floor balcony! Owner Betsy was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great location

This condo is in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Was clean and had great amenities kitchen and beach amenities. It should be noted the master is separated by the living space with shoji screens, is not ideal for two couples. The lanai has great views of the ocean for dolphin and whale watching. Lovely accommodations for a couple or small family.
