Absoluuttinen merenranta 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuonetta condo Casa, # 138. Nauti ympäri vuoden auringonlaskuja lanai ja delfiinejä ja valaita kaudella. Teak ruokasali lanai plus kaksi kiesit loungea. Sisällä löydät remontoidun graniitti-keittiön, jolla pääset helposti merenranta-ruokailuhuoneeseen. BIG oleskelutila, jossa on 2 sohvaa (yksi ulosvedettävä) ja kaapeli-tv, joka myös tarjoaa upeat merinäkymät.

It was great ! Great view, suited us just fine. Only complaint was you don’t always get a parking spot most nights we had to park way upfront out of the gates. It’s can be a walk especially if your hauling luggage. For the money I’d think you would have a place to park. But other than that the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Kids loved the pools. Sunsets are amazing and you have a front row view.

The house is nice. The toilet seat in the guest bathroom is about 50 years old and the paint is all chipped. It looks really terrible. They need a few large pans, there is nothing to cook pasta in. The location is great and overall we really enjoyed it. It just needs a little care.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this oceanfront unit. The location was perfect — being right on the ocean was a major highlight. The saltwater pool was enjoyable, and we appreciated having access to the grill on our first night. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed for a short stay.There were two minor hiccups during our stay. We didn’t have WiFi the first day; however, the host was very responsive and quick to troubleshoot the next morning, which we appreciated. There was also noticeable foot traffic from the unit upstairs at times.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. Mahalo!

The location was fantastic. The condo was clean and the welcome note on the platter on the kitchen bar w/Hawaiian cookies and coffee on it was special. A couple things that needed attention were handled immediately and with kindness and courtesy. It was a great week! We'll likely stay here again in the future if it's available.

Great location, directly on the oceanfront. The complex is a bit dated, but the unit was remodeled and in decent condition. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels and a good amount of beach chairs and toys. The parking situation isn't great. There are 3 or 4 spots directly next to the unit but were never available our entire stay. In fact, we were never able to park inside the gates at any point during our stay. We had to park out in the liquor store parking lot. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.Communication was bad. Both the microwave and oven were not working from day 1. We received a text from the management company asking us how our first day was, I responded by informing them the ovens were broken. No response. On the final day of our vacation, they told us they would send somebody over to repair. Obviously too late to help us but hopefully the next guests enjoyed the microwave popcorn we left behind!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The place was spotless and very well kept, with plenty of extra towels provided. The grounds were quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The location is excellent—close to everything, and we were treated to gorgeous sunsets every evening right from the property.The showers were large and comfortable, and we never had any issues with parking. Our host was extremely friendly, responsive, and accessible, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located getaway with amazing views!

Very pleasant experience. Some small issues: parking is somewhat difficult. Several nights had to park up hill outside the compound. Grab bars in the showers and near toilets would have been helpful. Some repair detail in need were apparent but not serious. Views from the lanai are spectacular. Coffee at the communal bar in the morning was very nice. Access to the salt water pool needs attention.

We had a really nice stay! The view was great. It was very clean. AC worked. Grounds were well maintained. We were pretty happy with our stay. Couple things I wish had known before hand: The corner unit is next to the staircase for the upper floors. People frequently used them at night and woke us up. Parking spots are not assigned to units. Most of the time we ended up parking outside the gate in the additional parking area. The kitchen is on the light side. There was nothing oven safe. There were a few hiccups with our stay:One day there was scheduled maintenance for the building which resulted in no water or AC for most of the day. Our AC unit was leaking so there were a couple days that they had people working on it. One night bath tub faucet got stuck on for several hours. Fortunately for us, the property manager, Ryan, came to save the day. He was amazing! Beautiful view! Very peaceful crowd. We enjoyed the pool and the view most.

Perfect Location!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for: spectacular sunsets from the patio, relaxing in the salt water pool, great ocean views to watch for whale spouts...The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could need. Beds were comfortable, and having fans and AC was much appreciated. Management was always available to answer any questions.We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

Terrible Stay!

This was our worst stay at Casa de Emdeko and will be our last. We had neighbors upstairs with two young children than ran and moved almost 24/7 throughout our entire stay. It was crazy. During sunsets, we had people literally sitting on the other side of the wall where our patio was and obstructed our view and it lacked privacy. The Internet was beyond slow and television was super limited on what we could access. Additionally, it took multiple calls to the property manager to get the screen door repaired, toilet repaired, and sliding glass door repaired.

Wonderful ocean front condo!

We had a great stay! It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and have coffee gazing at the ocean. The location was great! The only two critiques are that the second bedroom is not separate. There’s a partition separating it which could be done better. In the master bath I hit my head on the ceiling fan in the bathroom. Two minor things in an otherwise great stay. Thank you.

Beautiful Spot!

This stay was amazing, the house was very comfortable for 4 adult friends, the view from the lanai with the sunset every night was amazing! The location was also prime to a lot of things, just a few minutes drive or a slightly longer walk to all the downtown places. House was clean, had all cooking things you needed and linens, towels, etc were all clean and plenty of them, would highly recommend!
