”Lovely property, well furnished with good kitchen. Ground floor was really nice to walk out on lawn and pool was right next door. Only issue we had was slight musty smell, but you adjust. Well located property close to central Kona. Big enough for two couples or large families.”

”Our family had a great time. The location was perfect and provided easy access to walking to/from the resort. That was a huge benefit because it meant it was ok to have different schedules! Unit was well stocked in the kitchen so made cooking breakfast and BBQ so easy! We loved our stay here - beds were comfortable and property mgmt company was super responsive! Definitely recommend!!”

"This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night resort."

"Great week in a spacious villa with nice views over the golf course to ocean. Having breakfast in the balcony was unforgettable. The bed was confortable and all utilities we needed were available. We would choose this place again."
