”Fully functioning suit, clean, comfortable beds, quiet and easy access to the building. We enjoyed our stay here, and we'll definitely be back whenever we are in Thunder Bay.”

”Got in late ready to head to bed but the room we were given stank so bad there was no way to even sleep in the room. We had to get the staff and they told us there was no other room and they came and sprayed the ground with some spray. Didn’t do anything so we told them we would try to find a different hotel then they found a different room for us. The 2nd room was better but still stank but not as bad, thankfully there was a window to open. The beds were stained and the bathroom floors were...

”Was okay for one night to get a shower and the sheets seemed clean. The curtain rod and curtains fell off the back window when I tried to open them and the TV had no sound -tried everything with the complicated two remote controls - nope.”

”The deposit is outrageous, for one room for one night the deposit was twice as much as the room itself!”

”Upon arrival, we were utterly disappointed. The photos do not properly depict the hotel’s terrible condition. The room was disgusting, it looked as though it had been previously broken into, it was not clean, the sheets were not white, but a dingy grey. We very quickly requested a refund and continued on our way to find something better. The man at the front desk was very helpful and assured us that a refund had been processed. Please do yourself a favour and don’t consider staying here.”

”Very nice hotel. My only complaint would be the noise. Rooms are not very soundproof. Heard person upstairs walking around and when water was running. Was across from ice machine, woke me up twice.”

”Great hotel in Thunder Bay. Clean, comfortable, well maintained. Safe surroundings. Convenient to the airport. Have stayed here previously and would stay again.”

”The hottub was unfortunately, not working. Not really a problem except that the hotel never informed its guests of the issue. And so we got into our suits, went down to the pool, only to be disappointed. Other than that, a very good experience.”

”Room was big and nice, kitchen looked brand new! Everything worked very well. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Having a laundry machine is exellent.”
