”On Expedia shows a certain caliber of reviews and stars for the quality of the hotel and the service just did not match what was promised. The service in general was very slow. Between the valet service and request requesting things from the front desk I always had to call twice. ”There was one pillow per person, and they ran out of extra pillows. AC was so loud, that we had to switch it off so we could have a conversation. The loudest AC I have ever heard. Otherwise it was quiet two nights. Staff was friendly, but to the point it felt a bit unprofessional, hanging in front of hotel on ciggies when we went in or out. Room had smell like mold and I got bronchitis right after our visit. Could be coincidence though. I wouldn't recommend for asthmatics though.”
