The property is located in the center of Kalamata, a city with a cosmopolitan style and a sense of isolation, which make the area one of the most magical places in Greece.
The location of the house is ideal; just a few minutes’ walk you can find city centre (200m), train-museum park (1km), sea (2km).
Nearby, you will find shops for your daily shopping, delicacies, bakeries, pharmacies, traditional taverns and restaurants where you will taste local flavours. There are also many cafés with a special character and bars for your nightly entertainment.

Take a chance to explore the Venetian castle with panoramic views of the city and the Messinian Gulf, the large park with its open-air railway museum, the historical centre with the paved alleys, the Benake Museum, the Archaeological Museum, the Folklore Museum and the Military Museum.
