”We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the staff was amazingly helpful throughout our visit, and the pool was exceptionally clean and our kids had a complete blast! ​However, there were a few drawbacks with the room. The soundproofing was very poor; we could hear noise through every wall. Even though we were all the way up on the 6th floor, noise from the main lobby and bar traveled straight up, making it really difficult for us to get a good night's...

”Beautiful property with the winery. Tasting room was nice. Room was okay, dated, pull out couch bed had burns on it, dirty underneath, no soap in shower dispenser, ice machine out of order, said they were going to fix.but didn't. Could not get food service. The staff at check out was very nice, apologized and gave me a bottle of wine for our challenges.”

”Arrived to Parker on our mini-honeymoon and were a bit disappointed in the ongoing construction. Got to our room and were a bit disappointed by the quality of the room. Made one phone call and their staff went out of their way to upgrade our room and make the full experience 5 stars. Parker did and still does need a bit of love in terms of renovations but the quality comes from the amenities, bars/restaraunts, and above all the staff, who are some of the best we’ve ever had.”
