”Cute little place. Great value. Loved that you could walk to everything in town. Something to know going in, bring a smoke/carbon monoxide detector. I didn’t see any in the place and I would’ve slept a little better if I had brought one with. Otherwise, excellent affordable stay”

”This beautiful little cottage is the perfect spot to visit the Yosemite National Park. It has everything you need when you come back from a trip to the park. It’s so lovingly furnished and has all equipment what is needed to have a comfortable stay. The cottage is situated in a wonderful area surrounded by vineyards. Our hosts MarieLou and Cliff have been more than welcoming to us and made our stay even more enjoyable.”

If you want privacy, this is the place to be. I slept well every evening. And the cleaning lady, Toni, was great. I had forgotten my toiletry bag and she went out of her way to make sure I got it back.”

We didn't need much from the property owners, but they were attentive when we had questions and made sure we had what we needed for a great stay. While the property is right on highway 49 we didn't get disturbed in any way by vehicle traffic. The cottage is very nice and comfortable. ”

”It is well maintained cabin in the rustic setting. If there is anything that is a little tiring is the distance from Yosemite NPS. The mail sent my evolve team was clear and we didn’t face any issues. ”

”The giant windows in the living room are dramatic and luxurious. Beds were comfortable. Carpets and living room furniture are starting to show their age but not bad. Kitchen is adequate but some of the pots and pans are also well used. Shower drains were just a little slow in two of the three. Overall a fantastic place.”

”Just as advertised, this is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage. It is a detached accessory unit and not a “house”, but provided plenty of privacy, even with the host onsite. Parking is as described, but you do need to maneuver a few gates to get to the front porch. The fenced yard with the firepit looks nice for spending time outside.
